Vibrant nights by the pool
We enjoyed the stunning sunsets from our balcony, and the staff always greeted us with warmth. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions.
However, the noise from the pool area at night was disruptive. A group of loud guests made it difficult to enjoy peaceful evenings.

Not bad for family fun seekers
I loved being right off the beach, just a quick walk across the street,, and the sunsets from our room were very nice, made me forget all the stress of the world. The staff was friendly and they even helped us with some local tips which turned out to be very handy, especially finding good spots to eat.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable in terms of value.

I recently enjoyed my stay at Sands Arenas. The location is fantastic, right by the beach, making it easy to catch beautiful sunrises. The room offered a lovely view, and I appreciated having clean sheets and towels. The beds were extremely comfortable, allowing for great rest after long days exploring. Staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. I also liked having free parking and Wi-Fi, which added extra convenience to my stay. However, there were a few issues that detracted from my overall experience. The pool was out of service, which was disappointing as it was a key part of my trip. Additionally, I found some areas in the room not as clean as expected, including a black curly hair on the table and a rusty latch on the shower door. Those details could have been better managed. My stay included housekeeping, but the minor cleanliness issues still stood out.

great location but basic comfort
The staff were friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the clean room, especially the comfortable beds. The lovely view from our room added to the experience, making it pleasant to unwind after long days. Additionally, the pool view was a bonus that my family enjoyed during our stay.
The value for comfort could improve while maintaining the location.

The beachfront location is a standout feature, providing easy access to the sand and sea, making it perfect for families. The room was clean with comfortable beds, and we enjoyed our lovely view. However, noise from the nearby Malecon was disruptive, especially at night, and there were some inconveniences like limited elevator access. The food, especially the canapes, was enjoyable but the overall dining experience could be improved.
